Troop Tent Camping At Lake Del Valle Recreation Area

During the second week of March, Troop 722 embarked on an exciting camping adventure at the scenic Lake Del Valle State Recreation Area, setting up camp at Ardilla. The weekend unfolded with a variety of engaging activities: some Scouts cast lines while others explored the park's trails on bikes, and each evening concluded with crackling campfires. Beyond the planned fun, observant eyes spotted local wildlife, and early risers were rewarded with breathtaking sunrises painting the sky. Embracing the true spirit of outdoor adventure, the Scouts pitching their own tents for two nights under the stars.
